• Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
